With 17 years of industry experience, Elvira Quiray took the leap and founded
ELCAN Realty in 2006. Initially located in downtown Jersey City at 93 Erie St.,
near the embankment for 11 years, the brokerage has since moved to 768 West Side
Ave. in Jersey City, NJ, where it continues to serve the community. The husband-
and-wife team of Lito and Elvira Quiray, both licensed as brokers, started the office
with real estate salespersons, most of whom have been in the industry from the 80’s
and the 90’s.
Elvira Quiray, a Certified Residential Specialist, brings unwavering dedication and
decades of experience to ELCAN Realty. Her educational background includes a
degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines, as well as
coursework in Asian studies. After arriving in the USA, Elvira discovered her
passion for working with people and decided to pursue a career in real estate. She
consistently educates herself through courses and seminars, demonstrating her
commitment to excellence. From negotiating deals to building strong client
relationships, Elvira leads by example.
She is also a charter member and a past president of the Jersey City Fil-Am
Chamber of Commerce founded in 2006. Elvira is an active volunteer in her parish
of St. Aedan in Journal Square since 1984.
